It is our policy that your personal information, such as your name, address, email, and telephone number is private and confidential. This information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible.

    All online transactions through our website are handled by PayPal. This means that you get an extra layer of security; that’s because all your financial information (like your credit card number) is securely encrypted and processed on PayPal servers.

    Your Rosie Pets order will be shipped FedEx Standard Ground Service or USPS priority mail. Most orders will ship out within 1 business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 4 business days. Please note that these shipping times are estimates only. The total time to receive your order will vary depending where it is being delivered.

    At this time, Rosie Pets ships merchandise to locations within the United States.

  • Return Policy

    Return Policy

    We take great pride in the quality of all products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Rosie Pets.  We gladly accept returns on unused put items in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase.

    Include your packing list in the box or put the Invoice number from packing slip on the outside of the box so we can identify you and credit your account.

    We do not credit items that are returned used or not in the original packaging. 


    Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
